MIL said it was fine to share recipe!Ingredients:Dough:-4 cups flour-1 tsp salt-1/3 cup olive oil thats meant to be a third!-1/2 cup cold water and thats meant to be a half!-4 eggs
Filling:-1/4lb supresatta sliced thin and cut into small pieces
-1/4lb proscuitto cut into small pieces
-1/2 a piece of pepperoni sliced and cut into small pieces
-7 large eggs
-1/2lb cubed mozzarella
-3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley-1 cup romano cheese
Directions:I dont have the recipe to make the dough, MIL said that “everyone knows how to make dough, just put the ingredients!” I dont know how to make dough but hopefully you guys will!!! When I told her this, she let out this big sigh like she was terribly dissapointed in me!!! Mix ricotta, mozzarella and romano cheeses in a bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add all chopped meats to cheese mixture, along with the parsley and blend well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Line the bottom of a 10 inch pie plate with half the dough; pour in the filling and top with the other half of the dough mixture. Make a small eggwash to brush over the top of the crust. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, then reduce temperature down to 350 degrees for about an hour or until the top of the pie is golden brown. MIL said this recipe could probably make two pies, and that they keep very well. Place a 6-quart saucepan with a steamer basket and 1-inch of water in the bottom, over high heat, cover and bring to a boil.Remove the tips of the wings and discard or save for making stock. Using kitchen shears, or a knife, separate the wings at the joint. Place the wings into the steamer basket, cover, reduce the heat to medium and
steam for 10 minutes.
Remove the wings from the basket and carefully pat dry. Lay the wings out on a cooling rack set in a half sheet pan lined with paper towels and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Replace the paper towels with parchment paper. Roast on the middle rack of the oven for
20 minutes. Turn the wings over and
cook another 20 minutes
or until meat is cooked through and the skin is golden brown.While the chicken is roasting, melt the butter in a small bowl along with the garlic. Pour this along with hot sauce and salt into a bowl large enough to hold all of the chicken and stir to combine.Remove the wings from the oven and transfer to the bowl and toss with the sauce. Serve warm.

1 cup of dry grated coconut (0g carbs)
3 tbsp of whey protein (0,3g carbs)
2 tbsp of butter (0g carbs)

Preheat oven to 325 ºF. In a large bowl, sift together all the dry ingredients. Beat the egg whites (user a mixer). Mix the butter, vanilla and add to the egg whites, egg yolks and dry ingredients. Mix gently and bake for 25 to 30 min.
