Coconut and Cocoa Cake

1 cup of dry grated coconut (0g carbs)

3 tbsp of whey protein (0,3g carbs)

2 tbsp of butter (0g carbs)

1 tsp. of vanilla essence (0g carbs)

2 of powder cocoa (5,6 g carbs)

1 tsp. of baking powder (3,3g carbs)

3 tbsp of Splenda – sugar blend for baking (3g carbs)

Total carbs: 12,2g

Total carbs per serving: 1,52g

Total Fibers: 0g

Preheat oven to 325 ºF. In a large bowl, sift together all the dry ingredients. Beat the egg whites (user a mixer). Mix the butter, vanilla and add to the egg whites, egg yolks and dry ingredients. Mix gently and bake for 25 to 30 min.
