2 eggs2 1/ 2 tbsp. butter, melted or quality coconut oil1/4 tsp. sea salt1/ 2 tsp. black pepper1/4 tsp. onion powder, optional1/3 cup sifted coconut flour I used half almond and coconut flour1/ 2 tsp. . baking powder1/ 2 tsp. guar gum3/4 cup sharp cheddar, shredded DirectionsWith rotary beater, mix together eggs, butter, salt and ,pepper.Sift coconut flour with baking powder and guar gum. Whisk into batter until there are no lumps. Fold in cheese.Drop batter by the spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.Makes 6 biscuits.  Less than 2 grams carbs per biscuit
