INGREDIENTS

8 oz (weight; about 2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese (low-fat is fine)

2 eggs, beaten, or 1/2 cup liquid egg whites or egg substitute

2 Tbs golden flax meal

2 Tbs coconut flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Sauce, cheese, and toppings of your choice
